PELVIC HEALTH
I have found, both personally and professionally, that what is generally on offer in the United States as gynecological and obstetric care, sex education, post-trauma care, and pre- and post-natal care is frequently circumscribed by profound ignorance and shame.
As a person and a practitioner who envisions the inclusion of holistic, empowering sexual and reproductive healthcare for all people into the mainstream, as well as sexuality education that champions pleasure as an essential component of a just world, the status quo is completely unacceptable to me.
As a result, I have evolved my practice to include comprehensive healing, coaching and education for people who wish to
explore the radical vitality and raw power of their bodies
transform the energetic imprints and physical scars of past trauma
prepare for a joyful, optimally healthy pregnancy and birth
heal birth injuries
have the space and support to hold and grieve birth loss as needed
claim their full function, strength, and pleasure.
I am certified in Holistic Pelvic Care™, the STREAM techniques of pelvic scar tissue remediation, and Sexological Bodywork/Somatic Sex Education, and am a practitioner of abdominal manipulation as taught by Rosita Arvigo (formerly known as the Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy.)
I offer pelvic health and sexuality-focused somatic education sessions to human beings across the spectrum of sex and gender, and am committed to finding the most relevant and respectful language for this work with each individual. I am entirely queer-, trans-, kink-, SW and poly-friendly.

This was the third time I’d been to the GYN and had issues with them accessing my cervix; simple pap smears had become difficult and painful as they worked hard to angle the speculum this way and that. On this occasion they had so much trouble that they told me to come back another day to see a doctor to anesthetize me. Two people I trust told me to see Pam first.
