Online sessions: $200/hr

Somatic sex education sessions: $350/hr
I offer a limited number of reduced rate sessions per month to people who have determined that they definitely want to work with me and who would otherwise not be able to. If this is you, please ask me directly.
I continue to offer sessions to survivors of FGM at no charge.
As I am able, I offer outcall sessions in the Los Angeles area to postpartum parents and other clients who have difficulty traveling to my office. I charge a $100-$300 travel fee for outcall sessions based on distance.
Preferred payment method is cash or Venmo to @Pamela-Samuelson.
Payment is always due at the time of service.
Session Length
In-person intake sessions are, if possible, 2 hours. This allows us enough time to meet for the first time and get a clear, thorough understanding of your history, current needs, desires and intentions before approaching the table.
Online intake sessions take place over Zoom or Signal, and run from 60-90 minutes, depending upon the complexity of what we’re addressing.
Beyond the intake, both remote and in-person sessions can vary in length and frequency depending upon the depth and pace you prefer. I offer sessions as short as 60 minutes and up to 3 hours in-person by request, and am delighted by the spaciousness and generosity of longer sessions.
In general, I only recommend 60 minute sessions if we are working with something very specific and limited - scar tissue remediation in preparation for birth, a specific injury, etc. - or if a highly sensitive person prefers smaller bites in the form of shorter sessions.
Protocols for COVID & other illness
As many people I love are immunocompromised, and as COVID is not, in fact, a thing of the past, I continue to observe precautions in my office as a matter of basic community care. By coming in to work with me, you are agreeing to do the same while sharing space with me.
When we are in a time with a high rate of infection, I require that all in-person clients be masked in a KN95 or better. At those times, I will also be masked for all sessions.
If any client scheduled to see me develops symptoms of any kind before their appointment, OR if there has been any known COVID or other exposure, they are requested to let me know immediately so that we can reschedule.
If I have any symptoms whatsoever, I promise to let all scheduled clients know immediately so that we can postpone our appointment.
I run HEPA air filters during all sessions as well as a fan or AC (depending on the temperature), and air out the office in between sessions.

Cancellation Policy
I humbly require 48 hours notice to cancel or change all appointments, whether remote or in person, as it allows for the planning necessary to work and parent simultaneously.
With the exception of emergencies, and illness/COVID symptoms or known exposure, all cancellations or changes to an existing appointment with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge for half of the session fee, and within 24 hours will incur a charge for the full amount of the session.
